I was expecting a baking post

If you are still in Middlesbrough I'm pretty sure you can make any of these for your Amber Traybake: a Welsh citrus and butter bake with a crumbly shortbread, and a golden orange or grapefruit citrus custard, a Millionaire's Shortbread Traybake with an amber coloured caramel layer, or an Apple amber-coloured Pudding Traybake. None of these Traybakes will stink; indeed, I believe most of them will smell delicious as they bake in their trays. Lucy Letby may or may not have recipes for all of them, and similarly your local doctor might (although do be aware that some of these recipes may have become corrupted as they've been transferred from floppy disc to the cloud).
