I can’t even bear to read all of the article. This is absolutely disturbing. There are no words. Worse than any horror film. And then you see the colour of the victim’s skin. Chilling. I feel sick.

I'm surprised anyone is surprised. The US prison estate is renowned for the inhumane way prisoners are treated and the police seem to act with absolute impunity.
