I agree and have said it further down, a LOT of people voted Boris not because they were Tory but because they wanted Ken out. Tis a different thing mp.

And that's why council elections/majoral electoins normally bear no resemblance to how people vote in General elections.

ahh summmaaaaaaarset. We got horribly lost there in half term and ended up at a Chinese restaurant in Trowbridge (is that in Somerset) at about 8.30ish with the kids with lots of people asking us why we were out so late with them. It's beautiful round there though.

Boris Johnson's dad has just been on BBC News trying to claim that Boris is fit to represent London's diverse population as he has a culturally mixed background.

Er, having an ancestry that shagged its way around the colonies does not make him any less of a bigot.

SixSpotBurnet made a valid point further down - Ken's stance on the rising amount of knife crime has verged on the callous. He has massively underestimated the strength of people's concern about this.
