Why do people not like Andy Burnham ? Greater Manchester Mayor

I'm pleased he was re-elected, I like him and his policies. Can anyone explain the arguments against him ?

I like him, he was the person who pushed for justice for the Hillsborough victims & survivors when everyone else, including the Labour government had fobbed them off. He promised at the 20th anniversary that he would ask for full disclosure & he pushed Gordon Brown to start things off.
