Too many male sex offenders are released and go on to reoffend.
If they lost their balls and perhaps even their penis this would keep us all a lot safer, I'd feel a lot happier knowing that those released from custody were unlikely to be capable of reoffending.
Its something I feel very strongly that there needs to be a change in the law, commit a sex offence and mandatory castration.
