Do you remember during covid schools all got loads of computers? Well I’m sure that the company being run by a major Tory donor had nothing to do with that.

Ffs reading between the lines our authority didn't even properly take part in the survey. I know its been stated that not everyone responded, I can only suspect that's why not a single school in our county is affected. Sounds like they did a visual inspection and said no issues. I want assurances that the school I'm about to send my dd to either doesn't have RAAC or it has already been dealt with. Unfortunately it was built and expanded during the dates quoted

my dcs school had a surveyor in over the holidays. I would hope other schools did the same.

Of course they won't be told to close if they didn't respond and the government didn't send the engineers in to check. Doesn't mean its safe just means no one knows for definite one way or another. They haven't sent surveyors in over the holidays as they have stated they will be doing that in the coming days.

Our council are being very clever in their wording saying no schools are closing but definitely not saying there are no issues (just don’t know of any!)
