Perhaps he'll get the professional help and care he needs now. I hope so.

alcohol addiction and mental illness go together very often don't they.

Am actually surprised it's taken them this long to section him, he's never been the most balanced of individuals.

I'm guessing that it's not actually that easy to section somewhere. If their only a danger to themselves that probably doesn't warrant it - it's being a danger to other people I think that finally warrents it.

I mean Gazza is probably quite phsically strong and threatening. Like Frank Bruno, who also was ill for a long time but wasn't sectioned till he was deemed to be a threat to other people.

I do feel very sorry for her, I just couldn't look at any of those pictures of her basically having a breakdown whilst the paps are scrumming to get her photo. It's a bit sick.
