This is what happens when you stick your head up too far and upset the political aristocracy and the industrial system that pays for it.

Interesting. This is obviously Trump’s take on it that it’s all a political move. My first reaction to hearing him say it’s all a witch-hunt/conspiracy was that it’s typical Trump bluster. But I am open to listening that maybe he’s right.

who would orchestrate such a thing? The judiciary? District attorneys? The fbi? Just seems odd when the republicans tend to be overly represented in such organisations that they’d be out to get him……especially when he is so popular with the general public. Who has he upset?

Typical narcissistic behaviour, he thinks he's special, a 'star', and therefore should not have to abide by the law like the little people should.
So he throws his toys out of the pram and complains about being picked on. It all could have been avoided.

Up to 100 years in jail? America is really rocky politically with the split between republicans and dems. If they send him to prison there will be mass civil unrest.

No, it is not a witch hunt or a conspiracy. The charges against him were brought by a grand jury made up of 23 lay members, not the Democrats. Many of those giving evidence against him used to work for him. I could go on. Trump's take on this is pure self-justifying fantasy.

He still thinks he should stand for Presidential candidate and so do many of the electorate there. Why?
