Josh the eldest son of The Duggars from TLCs 19 kids and counting was found guilty of downloading the images on his computer and faces 20 years in prison.

I wish the bloody press would stop referring to it as Child Pornography.

Yes I saw that, although I think most people understand how horrific this stuff is.

An FBI investigator said it is some of the worst he has seen.

So glad he was found guilty. I hope it’s a long sentence. I also wonder how safe his own children were from him…

Sadly with so many children in the family and his past abusing his sisters I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out some neices were also victims

Waant there the same years ago with him? Or was that "just" sexual assault of his young sisters?

How many children does he have now? I've not read the article yet, but how will his parents and wife ignore this?

I think it’s disgusting how the whole thing with his sisters kind of got brushed under the carpet. Shame on his wife for standing by him and putting her own children at risk. I hope he gets a long sentence but I only fear that when he is released his family will welcome him back with open arms, ready to introduce to the grandkids

I dont think it's actually that surprising tbh. I think it was inevitable that someone raised in a family with such warped ideas of sex, relationships etc well one of them.would have cracked /got things massively wrong.

The parents were always pawing at eachother. Sex was a spousal duty and the girls were taught to always be joyously available. Not something between 2 consenting adults.
If divorce is more immoral than this there's no hope. I know people fund it horrific his wife stood by him.but what else could u do with 7 kids and no means of supporting yourself. The whole stance om contraception leaves these women trapped.

What even worse is that it looks like his sisters only found out the extent of his abuse of them during the trial.

His parents deserve to rot in hell.

I think the sisters have acted incredibly - the New York Times did a write up on it the other day. Jill Duggar is RAGING. She isn’t actually allowed at her parents home without her dad’s permission. In fact she couldn’t even attend her sisters Labour without her dad’s permission. So weird.

She was basically raised in a cult and raised to be his wife from a young age, she is so brainwashed and dependent on the family that I think it’s impossible for her to ever escape.

I've read the article, the details are horrific, my heart goes out to the victims and their families.

Shock horror man who sexually assaulted his own sisters is into child abuse, sadly his poor wife will be expected to put him first.

Who is he?!

Jill and her DH seem to have moved away from the family and said they believe Josh is guilty and justice has been done with the guilty verdict, but they are still supporting his wife, so I think that shows the difficulty of her situation.

His wifes brother is a multi millionaire who offered to take his wife and the children in. She refused.

Honestly I think she's as disgusting as he is, I don't think she's fit to have children in her care. She cannot prioritise their needs.
