Hilarious story - you couldn't make this one up

Maybe not so 'hilarious' to the women involved.

UnquietDad · 07/12/2007 23:12

Is that a carrot in your pocket or are you just pleased to see I executed a three-point turn? Oh, it's a carrot.

Tosser. Reminds me of Spinal Tap with the cucumbers down their pants.

bossybritches · 07/12/2007 23:20

I once had the pleasure of cutting some VERY tight leather trousers off a posey young git who had broken his leg......to reveal a very large very unripe banana strapped to his groin.

Sorry had to share that...

In a professional capacity I hasten to add!!

In A &E.....oh feck I'll get me coat.

UnquietDad · 07/12/2007 23:23

Banana would be risky, I'd have thought. They go soft pretty quickly! Knowing what happens in DS's (school) lunchbox, I'd imagine packing one into your other lunchbox wouldn't be a good move.

I assume the gentleman was "unpeeled".

edam · 07/12/2007 23:23

nasty little creep. I had a driving instructor like that. Didn't report him because at the time (early 90s) I assumed it would be pointless as my word against his. Later worked with someone whose daughter had been assaulted by the same man. Which made me regret my inaction.

aWorminaManger · 07/12/2007 23:24

'They go soft pretty quickly'

Added realism!

paulaplumpbottom · 07/12/2007 23:24

eeeewwwww, thats not funny at all

WhenAChildIsBored · 07/12/2007 23:25

pmsl paula, why do you always click on these horrible thread titles? You always end up horrified

micegg · 07/12/2007 23:47

bossybritches

bossybritches · 08/12/2007 07:43

I have to say keeping a professional straight face defeated severial of the team at one point-everyone had to take it in turns to go out of the room " to get something" have a howl & comem back in!!

Oooo it's all going in The Book....one day...when I have time...never.

yogimum · 08/12/2007 07:58

My driving instructor was from the same town but it wasn't him.

HappyChristmasWalrusIsOver · 08/12/2007 08:02

Oh yes, this is such a funny story

I bet if you, like me, had been the victim of sexual assualt in the past, you'd find it a bit less hilarious.

yogimum · 08/12/2007 08:06

the guy is a pervert and needs locking up.

JinglyJangly · 08/12/2007 11:03

That story had me in stitches .

On a serious note though, if that happened to me I would not be at all amused.

UnquietDad · 08/12/2007 11:51

yogi - well, yes, he is and has been.

Saturn74 · 08/12/2007 11:56

Grubby little man.
I'm glad he has been reported.

ShakeysGirl · 08/12/2007 11:59

Not funny for the women involved.

lazawreath · 08/12/2007 12:12

Could have been my friends instructor, but wrong place, as her driving instructor used to show her porn on his mobile and then when she passed her test he said to the examiner 'see I told you she had a nice arse'

The most risque thing my instructor used to do was ask me to stop at the shop so he could get fags and a kitkat.

CrushWithEyeliner · 08/12/2007 12:17

not funny at all

merryCHRISTIEmas · 08/12/2007 12:29

Oh dear

I'm sorry if I offended anyone.
Of course it wouldn't be funny if you were the victim of a sexual assault.

I wasn't suggesting for it moment that it would be.

OP posts:
bossybritches · 08/12/2007 12:53

Off course we don't think it's funny Walrus, but sometimes you have gallows humour to get over the shock of these things, and laughing at the stupidity of these perverts who think they'll get away wih it is the only way to deal with something too horrible to contemplate.

Christie ofc ourse no-one thought you were

Walrus there are many of us who have been "victims" of sexual assualt, I prefer to call myself a survivor & laugh at these pathetic individuals when they get their just deserts. But we all deal with things differently,in our own time. Maybe if this sort of humour upsets you I could suggest you don't open the thread?

Elizabetth · 08/12/2007 16:21

But maybe it's not just sexual assault victims who wouldn't find this funny. When you read it, it's actually pretty horrible and must have been very disturbing for the women he assaulted.

franke · 08/12/2007 16:30

Bossybritches I heard your a&e story before about 20 years ago (but I believe the location was Canada) - do you think it's something young men do routinely?

Shocking story by the way - I suspect given that one woman put up with his groping during lessons for several months without reporting him, there will be others he has assaulted who haven't come forward at all. Yuck.

HappyChristmasWalrusIsOver · 08/12/2007 17:08

TBH, thetr's nothing funny about a pervert.

He is sad and pathertic, yes. But he took it too far when he abused his position of trust.

And I suppose I dio see myself a victim, because it damn well near ruined my life.

I alos have the freedom to open a thread and to comment if I find it distasteful.

Elizabetth · 08/12/2007 17:35

There also wasn't anything in the thread title to suggest that it was about finding the story of women being sexually assaulted "hilarious".
