Love the bit about Blair beig wistful! So glad he has gone. Hope they disappear to obscurity, especially his annoying wife.

alittlebitshy · 17/11/2007 13:45

Love Blair's comment!!

MissLapinToYou · 17/11/2007 13:51

that's cute

sfxmum · 17/11/2007 13:51

glad to be spared a family photo

Callisto · 17/11/2007 14:37

Going against the flow here a bit but I think it's horrible. Far better than the revolting Blairs though and at least it is a charity card.

noddyholder · 17/11/2007 14:38

I don't like it either Much prefer the middle class hideous family portrait type

WendyWeber · 17/11/2007 15:39

Horrible???

I like it.

I like Shirley Hughes full stop.

ronshar · 17/11/2007 16:10

To be honest I wish he would spend more time correcting all his mistakes before I start getting excited about a christmas card. Especially as Christmas is a festival which one of HIS think tanks, feel should be downgraded so as not to offend people who should stay in their own cultural home lands if we offend them so much.
Sorry really dont like the current government much.
I know thread is about Christmas card.

RosaLuxMundi · 17/11/2007 16:12

How could anyone think a Shirley Hughes drawing is horrible? I love it. I like it that she put Mae from Trotter Street in there - she is one of my favourite Hughes characters.
Wash your mouth out and go and stand in the corner, Callisto.

RosaLuxMundi · 17/11/2007 16:15

Oh and you too NoddyHolder. Off you go and get the soap now. Go on, quick smart.

tiredemma · 17/11/2007 16:23

I love Shirley Hughes pictures- I love the little details in them.

'Colours' from her compendeum is my boys fave- we read it in the bath!

oggsfrog · 17/11/2007 16:27

Yuck

tissy · 17/11/2007 16:31

Like it. Much better than a cheesy portrait of the Brown family (not that they wouldn't look better than the Blair family!).

pointydog · 17/11/2007 16:32

it's ok, quite cheery. I like shirley hughes

browniedropout · 17/11/2007 18:33

I L O V E I T.... I just wish Mr Brown's government was listening... I want to believe he does care about the "dis" disenfranchised, stuck in newly built flats on brown field sites with wafer thin walls - which cause arguments, exhaustusion, frustration and criminal ... even imprisonable consequences. I think he really does care about the people and children with tough lives ... but has lost touch .... why are we concreting britain with crap homes?

Nightynight · 17/11/2007 21:01

interesting, no delusions of grandeur there.

zippitippitoes · 17/11/2007 21:03

southeastastra · 17/11/2007 21:06
