Father of drowned boy learnt of his death from TV

So sad - no doubt there is at lot more to this story - but no parent should have to find out they have lost their child from a tv report.

four months until he was told no excuses for it taking that amount of time. tragic

It makes me think. If my son died (God forbid) I would not know how to tell his father. No contact for years, I've tried and tried.

I read that yesterday. What a horrible way to find out about your own child.
