Reports from the US say Britney Spears has lost custody of her children.

The Showbiz website Access Hollywood says that Los Angeles court documents show Kevin Federline would be granted custody of the couple's two children,
Sean Preston and Jayden James, on October 3.

Federline would retain custody "until further notice of the Court", the website said.

Poor her, hopefully she will sort herself out now...not really sure Mr Federline is going to be much better, but hes certainly got his meal ticket now.

Britney's great!...well was great...but she's really talented and im sure she can get herself back on track if she stops the drugs and drinking, she just needs some good people around her and a rest from the public eye. what were her record company thinking bringing out a new single and album with her in the state she's in at the moment!!! Awful!

i don't mean the single's awful...it's actually really good but it's very bad timing and not very sensitive to her needs for her record company to bring out an album and single and thrust her into promoting it when she's in such a fragile state!
