Taliban kill mothers & babies in maternity hospital in Kabul

No link I'm afraid, I've learnt about this on Facebook from two friends based in Kabul and seen a couple of horrific photos being shared.

It happened yesterday. There was an explosion & shootings at the Maternity Hospital plus there was also an attack on a funeral in Nangerhar in Afghanistan again by the evil Taliban where innocent people were killed.

What kind of 'men' can shoot mothers & newborn babies??

It is so horrific and disgusting, unprocessable.
Those poor mothers and tiny babies.

The softest targets selected for maximum horror.

This was on the BBC World Service. It's heartbreaking. All because they happened to be born in Afghanistan - it's a cliché but it's only through luck that we happened to be born in the west where this sort of thing doesn't happen.
