Don't tell DH that. He does all the ironing in this house generally.

Mind you, for the first time in probably years I did do the ironing today. Sick leave is doing wierd things to me, Dh is still in shock after I emailed him to tell him, lol!

DW and I just make sure we never buy clothes that need ironing. There's a section of my wardrobe for shirts I never wear because I bought them not realising how high maintenence they'd be!

Heaven help us if we ever get grown up jobs where we have to be smart.

Not only can dh iron, ds1, who is 14, irons all his own stuff and ds2 will start next year when he goes to high school.

Dd started at that age, so why shouldn't they?

LOTR was filmed in NZ, all over the country. We are a wholesome bunch on the whole, although the fullas dressed as orks were plenty ugly rather than pretty ugly. I am loving being back... the laid back lifestyle and so much more sunshine and abit of coastal wind, to iron the creases out of my clothes, while they flap on the line. I fold them when I take them off, almost makes ironing obsolete!
