FlameFlamingo · 03/08/2007 22:25

Once again... NO!

(MNHQ are going to love me... red buttoned this thread on the basis that it is both repetitive and crap!)

MerlinsBeard · 03/08/2007 22:25

no pheonix to the OP

this same OP is filling up active convos

expatinscotland · 03/08/2007 22:26

Same here, Flame!

FlameFlamingo · 03/08/2007 22:26

Lol - just seen you did the same Expat!

Phoenix · 03/08/2007 22:27

Ok sorry MOM

expatinscotland · 03/08/2007 22:27

Honestly, though, like I'm going to sign such a petition!

Yah, right!

FlameFlamingo · 03/08/2007 22:28

My business has been affected by the strikes, but I still back em all the way!

expatinscotland · 03/08/2007 22:28

My husband's job has been affected directly, Flame, but he and his boss are behind them all the way.

expatinscotland · 03/08/2007 22:29

Like he said, 'We're in the same boat. What's the difference between us and them? Nothing.'

Phoenix · 03/08/2007 22:31

It's sooooooo annoying that some people think we posties are enjoying striking. Our union told us if we voted to strike it would never come to it so over 70% voted to strike (not me i might add) believing we wouldn't be and lo and behold here we are

FlameFlamingo · 03/08/2007 22:32

It's a very slippery slope announcing who can and who can't strike.

No-one makes the decision to strike lightly.

expatinscotland · 03/08/2007 22:32

Over my dead body I'd sign such a petition.

So I could be next? Or my husband? Or my elder daughter?

Stuff that!

Phoenix · 03/08/2007 22:39

It's good to know people are supporting us but i wish they'd just get it sorted and get back to normal.

Pan · 03/08/2007 22:57

"just get it sorted "..oh the British sense of irony...yay....

themoon66 · 03/08/2007 22:59

We have just about to be balloted about a strike too. Although it's been said it's unlikely.

FYI my friend isnt a member of mumsnet - i have had no contact with mumoflittleprincess b4 - dont see why having a diffrent opininon to it means that we should be subject to abuse - as for multiple thread i apologise didnt knw where best to post it really - certainly didnt expect this much hassle about it otherwise i wouldnt have done it - think its a bit pathetic to report me over it - especially as im not reporting members for swearing and abusive messages aimed at specific people..... if you dont like the discussion dont join it - u dont have to be on threads if you dont want to do u?

"especially as im not reporting members for swearing and abusive messages aimed at specific people"

If you feel it is stuff that should be reported then go for it!

Reporting you isn't stopping you doing it...

lillaura123 · 04/08/2007 10:44

wasnt meant like that !!!! just meant its petty to be reported over that especially as i apologised and tried to rectify xx i wouldnt report someone if they choose to dissagree with me even if they are nasty about it im not like that xx link below for further discussion
