A 9 year old boy has gone missing in Worcestershire

Not much else to say about this except to try and spread the word about, hopefully he is found safe and well

This is bizarre. Sky nwes says teh report originally came from a group of children playing on the estate.

local news just said initial reports came from children but adults near were also witnesses, they believe a woman walking her dog could have some info. Car was a red Astra. Still no report of missing child - reporter said could be that if the parents aren't together they each believe the child is with the other.

Midlands Today last night said he was about 9 years old, white, approx 4 foot, brown cropped hair, dark eyes, wearing dark blue T-shirt and sports trousers.

Man about 45-50, grey and balding, black scruffy clothes. Car was a red Astra-type.

There was no mention on the lunchtime news about any child being reported missing yet.

They said on the lunchtime radio west mids news that it could be a hoax since no one had reported a child missing in Redditch. I was actually in Redditch on that day (not evening though).

Who has a 9 year old missing for a day and doesn't report it? Very odd. I think the kids made it up perhaps?!

I've not heard any more about this today - did the kids make it up?
