it must have been awful these last few years for the man's family to have been left in the lurch when it was obvious something unlawful happened that led to his death. i hope they get justice now.

His dad never gave up looking for justice for his son.

i dont think michael did anything. it was a party and lots of people there i think michael has bore the brunt of this for 2 reasons. one because its obviously his house and 2 because he is a celebrity.

we dont know what happened that night anyone could have hurt that poor manand obviously his father wants the truth of what happened to his son.

but i feel michael is innocent granted i dont know him in real life but from what ive seen he is very remorseful for what happened in his home.

I dont believe he killed him either. I think he may have been sexually assaulted or he may have had a sexual experience that he didnt intend to have when he set out that night..I do think that perhaps he did simply drown at a drink and drug fuelled party.

We'll know soon enough I suppose

I didn't say MB was guilty, just that the family deserve justice when their loved one died in such a brutal way. I remember reading about his injuries, which were awful.

Oh god yes, no doubt he's guilty of being prick, absolutely and yes, the family should get justice where it's due.

Remember as well that he ran away from the house when he realised SL was dead. This has been taken as an admission of guilt by some and certainly shows a total lack of moral decency.

I think he probably legged it because he was scared a dead man was in his swimming pool. Could be guilt. Could also be blind fear of how the press would carve it up, what with him being a celebrity (albeit a fading one).

Something must have surfaced so it remains to be seen if it is enough to prove guilt.
