haven't got a bottle to hand now (it's in the office 'just in case'!) but here's their site I remember there is plum in there because it also smells and tastes a lot like bosnian plum brandy (which probably gives very similar effects!).
Off to stretch out on the sofa now and watch a film with my dh and ds. That is my rescue remedy after today! Bye

We avoided the rain and it was great fun - lots of balloons, kids running around and occasionally stopping to look at dandelions and pink fizzy stuff to drink . Now I just need to call my sponsors in...
