Peter Andre has suspected Meningitis.......

He has been ill for the last week & has had to have a brain scan they now think he may have Meningitis could things get any worse for this poor family, they really have been having a bad time of it all lately

I would have thought that if he's been ill for a week it's more likely to be viral menangitis which isn't as serious.

I just hope he gets better soon & back to his family really feel sorry for them, what with harveys bad accident too.

I have just been on another parenting forum and the response to this news is disgusting. To the point somebody has actually posted that they deserve all that comes to them! Let's just say my membership has been cancelled.

I hope he recovers from this and they can get on with life. They have been through so much and yet are still very strong as a couple. I wish them the very best.

I think they are a very strong family who seem to pull together to work as a team and I really, really hope he gets better soon and they can get on with their life again. I have a lot of time for them because I think they work hard but also seem to look out for each other and personally I think they are quite a good role model for others.

Aufish why would people want to be so sick? god they are human beings with a loveing family at the end of the day, makes me sick what people say about ill people would they like it if someone said that about an ill relative to them?

Glad you cancelled your membership would a horrible place it must be

on a serious note i too hope he is ok but i do have a few issues with lasts night show...

he didnt seem to have a brain as he had junior on his lap in the car and both him and katie never had seat belts on

Katie thought she worked hard so deserved a good car but the nanny was going to have a N reg one it came across that the nanny didnt work hard but she did as katie went on to say i wont be seen driving that...

well good luck to them as a family i think she has had a lot to cope with and the public definately have seen another side to big boobs

I really feel for this family. Peter comes across as such a nice caring guy, and he loves Harvey like he is his own.
Am crossing my fingers for them.

Scooby, lets just say some of the comments on that site were well below the belt and that was one of the most decent ones that I felt that I could repeat on here. The people responsible for those remarks should hang their heads in shame.

I heard that he had been taken in with a mystery illness on This morning yesterday.

Poor guy.
They've really had alot to deal with this year.

I wish them all the best. They are a lovely family.

On one TV program I saw, Peter was being so unbelievably sweet with Harvey. I really hope he gets well soon. How can one family have so much bad luck?

lynette, I thought that too, they do seem to go from drama to drama.

I wonder if lifetsyle could be a contributor here; I get the impression they/he spend alot of time in the hospital environment with the older child, and they also seem to be on planes ALOT - I wonder if this sort of life is just making a perfect breeding ground for viruses and bugs?!

I do try not to judge people I don't know but from what I have seen on tv he really does seem to be a sweet guy.

He should make a full recovery from viral meningitis and I totally agree sunnysideup - their busy life and caring for a child with SN has probably not helped at all.
