MNHQ are being a bit trigger-happy. The link I posted upthread about Denise Richards' letter regarding CS's sons is to a story that's been online and in the public domain since 2013.

But even if Brooke was in rehab it made no sense for step mom to have custody.

The way I remember it from the time, neither Mueller nor Sheen were capable of looking after the kids, so Denise Richards stepped in because they were her kids' half-siblings. In spite of the fact he'd cheated on her with Mueller. Admirable.

You can download and read Denise Richards petition to court about Charlie Sheen, he's a disgusting piece of shit for what he did to her alone. She does say she found images he'd been viewing online, where she couldn't be sure, but thought that they involved children.
These new allegations don't surprise me one bit. I hope all his victims get the support they need, and find happiness. And that he finds his way to jail. Another here who hadn't forgotten about the enquiry that should have happened by now.
