Sutherland Springs is a small town of around 600, 35 miles east of San Antonio.
There are reported to be 27 dead including a two year old and a 14 year old.

The gunman fled in his truck and was killed some distance from the church. He has been identified as Devin Patrick Kelley, 26 .
