This incident seems very similar to the assaults on NYE in Cologne. A group of around 1000 men causing trouble and reports of sexual assaults are coming out. In one case a girl was surrounded by men and "groped". The festival is due to run until Tuesday so hopefully an increased police presence can prevent any further incidents.
