I'm fed up with a lack of accuracy and people being expected to "get it" even when what is being said is totally wrong

We had an email from work which had a very similar thing - talked about brexit and how we would leave the uk
OK we all get it. But what about when we don't.

The paper put the UK instead of the US? Was it just the headline or did they follow that through in the text? How bloody stupid.

Or maybe done on purpose to sell copies, then oh whoops we made a boo boo

The only thing I can think of is if someone is flying to the uk from somewhere but their only option is via the US? But then you don't go through US customs for that so I think I've talked myself out of that one already.

Plus surely the bigger story is the impact on the US.
If they wanted to personalise it they could have mentioned flights into Newcastle.
I can only assume the press item is wrong.

Still no Saudi ban? What about American citizens who have carried out terror attacks (in addition to the racist murders and general regular good ol' gun-happy grudge shootings). Maybe the UK should ban Americans.

I'd settle for banning one in particular
