I don't understand anything any more.

zippitippitoes · 15/03/2007 18:26

she said so

and she said she had only called 999 6 times in the last year so couldn't be accused of wasting resources

she's been on the news saying it was a bad day yesterday. she only rang 6 times the rest of the year.

BizzyDint · 15/03/2007 18:26

lol. x post.

Greensleeves · 15/03/2007 18:27

Every time I see her name I get this annoying little jingle in my head, "Heather McCartney", to the tune of the jingle in Linda McCartney's nasty meat-substitute ready meals adverts. Does this happen to anyone else??

fryalot · 15/03/2007 18:27

I've rang 999 three times IN MY LIFE. Once was when I saw a house on fire, once was when someone was breaking into a shop opposite me and once was when ds had an accident.

How about everyone else?

Greensleeves · 15/03/2007 18:28

Perhaps they could rig up the 999 switch board with a special ringtone of that jingle when she calls?

SparklyGothKat · 15/03/2007 18:29

once when my neighbours forced their way into my house and threatened my DH.

She really is an attention seeker.

hunkermunker · 15/03/2007 18:30

Why did she ring?

BizzyDint · 15/03/2007 18:31

journalists were jumping on her car.

fryalot · 15/03/2007 18:31

because no one else will talk to her?

fryalot · 15/03/2007 18:32

Although, to be fair.... what else can she do when that's happening? Is she supposed to just sit there and hope they get bored and go away like the monkeys at the safari park?

Themis · 15/03/2007 18:33

What were the journalists doing - beating down her door , trying to force entry to the house ?

I think not .

I hope the police didn't respond as an emergency.

She was in the paper today , after entering illegally into a pig factory , I hope when the police turned up on her doorstep they nicked her for criminal damage etc etc.

So the papers are good enough for her the exploit but not the other way round.

the strory in the paper today was proabaly why the journalists were outside her home . so her own doing.

I suppose the police would have to drive slowy to her house not on blue lights and sirens just incase they knocked anyone down .

Psycho · 15/03/2007 18:33

Careful people...is this true? she could sue...

indiajane · 15/03/2007 18:35

were journalists really jumping on her car I'd phone the police too if they jumped on my car.

Not that they would (very ordinary life I'm afraid)

paulaplumpbottom · 15/03/2007 18:36

6 times in a year? She thnks this is normal?

Psycho · 15/03/2007 18:36

i never call 999 when the juornos jump on my car.

god, she is SO weird.

lulumama · 15/03/2007 18:38

wow ! squonk..have rung it 3 times, twice when the people opposite us where we used to live were outside threatening to kill each other , and the H was threatening to run his W over...
and once when we were on the motorway and saw a young boy running on the hard shoulder....

zippitippitoes · 15/03/2007 18:38

but not serious enough for any action

OP posts:
BizzyDint · 15/03/2007 18:38

i'd phone the police if people were jumping on my car but i wouldn't do it via 999. it's not an emergency, it's just people jumping on your car.

Themis · 15/03/2007 18:39

police critcise her here

FlossALump · 15/03/2007 18:39

Saw her on GMTV. She came across as aggressive, stubborn and patronising. I can't stand her more after seeing that. She seemed appalling.
