If you think the next person to use a loo will be male - LIFT THE SEAT YOURSELF!! Then if you come back you can put down a clean DRY seat.

In female toilets it is STUPID females 'hovering' that cover the seat in urine!!! In which case get a wad of toilet paper and dry the seat and then SIT DOWN!!
