This is awful, allegedly he drugged and sexually abused her yet he judge has ruled that she is contractually obliged to keep working with him.

Well you go onto the Relationships board and ask the women there who are in/have been in abusive relationships if they have any 'proof'.

I know nothing about Kesha. But I believe her. She was 18 when the abuse started and she colluded with her abuser.
Colluding with an abuser when in a vulnerable state happens doesn't it.
Not sure why she would be disbelieved.
