A good idea?

I had borderline B12 deficiency. The symptoms were horrendous and if that was borderline I dread to think what more than that would entail.
I suspect that the deficiency wasn't picked up either because they don't test for it in normal pregnancy blood tests or because the folic I was taking during pg masked it.
I also wonder whether the B12 deficiency played some part in all the m/c I had as I have since found out that that's a possibility.
As you may guess I don't think adding folic acid to bread is a good idea. I think it could cause a lot of problems.

we have fluoride in our water...........and nearly 50% of kids have fluoride mottling in their adult teeth (now, have recalled that from memory, haven't double checked).
