But the baby has a father... surely there are plenty of babies who are truly orphans? (Not saying the baby she has adopted isn't in need but it does already have a family)

just not sure about the whole 'accessory' thing going on,like adopting a disadvantaged child is really 'cool' thing to do

taking this child away from his remaining family, his roots and his culture - why not just invest the money and give him and his whole community a better life?

why not adopt a child from this country who has had a terrible life?

I usually manage to find but didn't this time..only new info seems to be this idea of her donating!

not good, the dad is still alive but too poor to raise him. Why not give dad an income to support his own baby and let the baby grow up with family.
