This is such a sad, sad atrocity. The perpetrators are terrorists and the media should stop giving them any representation. They will continue to commit more and more of these incidents and I am not sure it will ever stop.

The real problem is the innocent civilians who have had their families killed in the fall out of this war, by the West etc.. They feel the anger and the rage we are feeling and the Taliban prey on them, emotionally manipulate them into thinking the only way is to seek revenge. This them feeds to circle of terror and killing.

I hope each child finds peace and I feel so very sorry for the families who will not have their babies with them.

They set a female teacher on fire in front of her class and made the children watch.
One of them blew himself up in front of 60 children.
They are not human.

Unfortunately these Taliban scum are human, but with a very different set of values to Western ideals.

You have no more chance of getting the Taliban for forsake their pernicious version of Islam than you would get the Pope to renounce Catholicism. It's their belief system and they will never change it. After all, the penalty for apostasy in Islam is death.

What will be interesting is to see what the effect will be within Pakistan as the Pakistan Intelligence Services, the ISI were one of the founders of the Tasliban and have lent it support, whereas the Pakistan Military have been fighting the organisation. Now the Taliban have killed the children of the Pakistan military will this lead to a backlash against the ISI?

I wonder if they as individuals will regret what they have done when they are much older. I hope it haunts them for the rest of their lives. I hope they doubt themselves on their deathbed.

Unfortunately the perprtarators will probably consider they have achieved their goals, even if they were killed in the process.

And there will be hundreds more like them waiting for their own chance to commit more atrocities in the name of Islam.

I agree Mintyy and sadly they probably feel the same, dying a martyr is far more favourable.
Killing other peoples children wouldn't faze them, they quite often send their own children in as human bombs. Barbarians !

Have been in my school all day with all my children and I am just devastated for all those little lives.
