Why do they get it completely wrong so much of the time? With all the technology, seems they should have a better average. Hard to tell if it's virtually impossible to be accurate, or if they're just crap at their jobs.
I'm one of those silly people who plans activities/clothing based on what the forecast says and it's often very wrong...so I'm doing a picnic in the rain, stuck inside on a beautiful day, sweating in jumpers when it's warm, freezing in a sleeveless top when it's cool....argh! My monday morning rant is now over!
