yup, and the Mail has been outed by the Guardian for hushing up the Screws of the World hacking Mail staff. Misleading the PCC inquiries into hacking at the time.

Yes I saw that: "Mail did not reveal to PCC or Leveson that News of the World hacked staff"

So while the PCC was supporting NOTW's "couple of rogue reporters" story and attacking The Guardian for suggesting otherwise, the Mail on Sunday editor was sitting on the PCC committee knowing the rogue reporter shit was almost certainly untrue.

Each trial is revealing a little more, isn't it? And it's all public domain: so much for all those privately settled civil and employment cases with their gagging clauses.
