Art or Child Abuse? Discuss... just on ten o clock news

so an artist give a child a lolly, snatches it back and photographs their grief/anger/bewilderment. amazing pics... but is it an 'ok' thing to do? (the report didn't say if she gave them the lolly back after she got her shot but the parents were paid - and happy!)

i didnt look at them cos im too pregnant and hormonal at the moment,but i agree with those who say it would be better if the 'artist' had waited for real tears and tantrums.she must just be some cheap tacky photographer trying to make a few quid by pushing the boundaries that little bit further...it's pathetic to call that sort of thing 'art'.
