what time does your child get you up in the morning?

my dd gets me up at 6.10am every day, doesnt matter if she goes to bed at 7pm, (bedtime) or if she goes later, say 10pm. what time do you get up?

excellent, cant wait for that. dd 2.1 so bit early for that yet. although having a 12 yr old does throw light on the other end of all this. a happy medium would be 7 onwards.I could cope with that on a daily basis.if we have friends round in the evening I find myself clock watching after about 11 as I know I cant cope with a hangover and lack of sleep. (I need 7 to function. Its no fun having a hangover which you cant sleep off! those were the good old days...

Both usually about 7am but went throught a phase of 5.30am recently [yawn] They go to bed together at 7.30pm(ish)

Usually between 5:15am and 6am. So how neurotic can you be, this morning he slept until 6:30am and the first thing I did was to check his temp to see if he's ill!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, there is nothing wrong!!!!

exactly, if they shock you by sleeping in you are lying awake wondering whether you should be in there checking they're still breathing.

dd1- bed at 7pm asleep by 7.30 dragged out of bed at 8am on a school day, w/e and hols 8.30 ish
dd2- bed at 7pm asleep by 9pm up 6.30-7am plays until I get up.
dd1 sleeps later if she goes to bed late but dd2 gets up whatever
