JoBenet Ramsey - arrest made

Anyone remember the horrific story of a little girl found murdered in the basement of her home. She was one of those little beauty queens here in the USA. Well amazingly enough an arrest has been made in Thailand. Will the truth ever come out, who knows, but there's a collective sigh of relief here in Boulder, Colorado that finally there can be closure for this little girl BBC Headline

He's on a plane as I write this to California so watch out CF. Then will await extradition to Colorado. My guess is he's just another wierdo who craves attention and therefore probably didn't do it. But let's wait and see.

Hi Expat how's Edinburgh? Lovely and sunny and warm here in Erie. Yep, did you see he ran away and married a 14 yr old. Just don't want to make a judgement until here more facts I guess. Just hope it's not a charade.

I'm just guessing it's going to be hell here when he arrives back and I go around and about in Boulder everyday, so will keep you posted.

It's clear and fairly warm here. Bit of rain every now and again, thankfully!

Part of the reason I moved from CO, actually, was too much sun.

Believe it or not, it got depressing to me.

I was brought up in semi-tropical and tropical climates, often near large bodies of water, so was used to lots of rain and clouds.

Dry as a bone in CO a lot.

It brought me down.

I also do NOT like snow.

Ah you must love it in Edinburgh then. Where do you think you'll move to eventually - still Scotland? I love the sun though and hate humidity so suits me here as long as you remember to slap on the moisturiser you're generally okay

Scotland is our home. We love it dearly.

But we may move farther north in the near future. Hopefully.

I love Sutherland and many happy holidays there, particularly Brora. Sadly there were no IT jobs there for H. Will keep everyone posted on the updates first hand as it were. Well Expat if you guys ever want to come to CO on a visit you know who to CAT

it was bad of them not to test him in thailand. he is being charged with other offences in the us though. another case still unsolved, don't think they will ever find out what really happened to jobenet
