While the phone-hacking was going on. I know there were rumours before, but it was entered into evidence in the trial today.

I am a bit astounded there's not been so much of a whisper of this until now. I thought Private Eye would've been dropping tons of hints.

Surely they (Brooks and Coulson) couldn't have kept it secret until now?

Blimey, its all a little um murky? Will Ross be called to give evidence do you think? I think I read that they both had secrets during their marriage. Its all very interesting isnt it.

yy holly, I heard that as well.

There was a thread on MN about the rumour a while back that was pulled, around about the time one or the other of them got a super injunction to squash the story.

About time it came out.

Thank God someone has posted about this....wasn't sue if we were allowed to discuss it, what with it being an ongoing court case etc.

But.....why am I not surprised by this revelation?

"Is this the big super-injunction being referred to a few months back - two people close to DC?"

I think it must be - the Mail on Sunday did a big splash on it and then someone (Guido Fawkes?) revealed the initials as RB and AC so people worked it out from there. And David Cameron was supposed to be gobsmacked or something. The trouble was by the time people worked out who it was, we were all disappointed because everyone hoped it was going to be Theresa May and Nick Clegg or George Osborne and Sally Bercow.
