I can think of many things that could ruin my life but I wouldn't include the Daily Mail among them.

I read the Telegraph but occasionally read the Mail online. I don't read it for scientific or any other facts.

I think they're being ironical. Did you read the article? It's a bastardisation of a Daily Fail headline
