DH had a snog with her when they were both 15 and friends while at school!! Says she was always a huge Madonna fan, and used to dress up with lace fingerless gloves etc. and say she'd be famous. He and his mates used to laugh at her. Laughing not so loudly now...

Is it an urban myth then that Hello require new parent/baby combos to be photographed at least once with an Avent bottle?

clairemow, how old is your dh now?? We need to know. For comparison purposes. Last time I read Geri's age, she was had inexplicably become the same age as me.

pruni - not a single bottle in sight as far as i can remember but will re-check when i get home, but she did say in the article that she never saw herself as the earthmother type but is loving breastfeeding because it feels so natural

Hooray - positive promotion of bfing. Good for Geri. And Handbag is also quoting her as saying that she loves her post-baby body, and is in no hurry to lose weight - the longer she keeps saying that the better.

I read the article, not admitting to buying it of course, but I thought she came across really nicely tbh, just very excited about Bloobs arrival, Geri looked lovely, I'm sure slebs do not get lochia only us riff raff.
The pictures are really nicely done, compared to some of the tacky baby shoots I've seen in Ok and Hello.

just been to tesco for treat cookies for me and dp and snuck a look at hello mag...pics are beautiful, very natural and Bluebell(!!) is adorable..geri looking amaisingly beautiful and motherly too!

Aw good for her. I wish them both well. I love the name and geri seems to be blooming. It's a magical time when you have your first, whoever you happen to be.
