Surprised, that people are surprised. Shock

These people, and by that I mean the whole administration, are morally bankrupt and have been for a long time.

They are in essence watered down Tories.

tenalady · 24/05/2006 22:59

That woman is beyond belief!

cheeseypeas · 24/05/2006 23:53

Bad taste bordering on 'sick'.

The fact that 'Teflon Tony' and his counterparts got away with this scandal is bad enough. This is just a total disgrace and I dare say it will 'all go away' without anyone getting their commupance. it always does.

The poor guys family.

WideWebWitch · 24/05/2006 23:54

Whaaat? Is this real?

hunkermunker · 24/05/2006 23:54

Sadly, WWW. I refer you to the comment I made some hours ago, on this thread.

WideWebWitch · 24/05/2006 23:55

I never thought the Tories would look attractive and honest but erm, well...

WideWebWitch · 24/05/2006 23:57

God, how could they not consider that it would cause deep offence? Did they totally forget that it was a whitewash, sorry, serious report?

Nightynight · 25/05/2006 00:10

Absolutely, WWW!

joelalie · 25/05/2006 12:39

Truly plumbing the depths!

On Today yesterday morning it was suggested (can't remember who - some Tory backbencher I think) that this report was seen by the Labour party as a 'success' as they got one over on the BBC and all those nasty people who critisised them. So it was something to celebrate and worth the pennies of any true Labour supporter. Now if that really is the way the Labour party think they are worse than I ever realised Shock

Yuck, yuck, yuck....

Normsnockers · 25/05/2006 12:46

Do we have any news on who bought it at the fundraising auction.

Plus surely it was independant, why were Cherie and Alastair signing it as if they had something to do with its contents.

The whole thing stinks as much of the rest of this current governments behaviour.

MagicGenie · 25/05/2006 19:34

I heard on last night's news that the two Labour MPs who put the document up for auction have 'apologised'.

Oh, well, that's alright then, lads!

TwoIfBySea · 26/05/2006 12:16

I heard some wit on the tv say that Alistair Campbell signed it "after all he is the one who wrote it."

Crass, I expect this standard of behaviour from Cherie Blair though, she is a completely repulsive woman. I just hope she isn't going to be made to give another wobbly-chinned moment telling us how she is not superwoman - my vote for the No Sh*t Sherlock award of the century.
