Is it me or do the courts seem to be getting worse. 5 years & 7 months.
It's not enough. I get so angry. This man should be put in an asylum as he isn't sane. It's not just this case, but loads of cases recently where people are put on probationary supervision but have still done something evil. The only supervision that can stop them doing it again is being locked up for 24 hours until they are very old people or die.
Granted there will be new cases but if the person knew that by doing these disgusting evil things, just the once, would it stop them, knowing that they would be locked up for the rest of their natural lives.
I still think about those boys who tortured the Girl Mary Anne Leneghan. They are not sane people....I don't think they have been sentenced yet. What will they get for that girls life 8/10 years maybe...? Frank Dobson is blah blahing about tougher sentences and more supervision. Please.
