Thing is you can't make laws based on the fact that people may choose to try and subvert them. If this couple choose to break the law (biblically we are supposed to uphold the laws of the land) then that is up to them and their conscience-and presumably they could still be sued if it is a spurious reason.

So does the , "my house, my rules" apply to people who employ others at their address? Are they allowed to discriminate against employees/customers because their office is at the home?
