well ok she's probably a Tory like her DH - but her 3rd baby is now on the way. She's going to have her hands full, they've already got a 3yr old and a 2yr old !

??????? what is that meant to mean? Are people with eldest children with severe disabilities (their child has epilepsy and cp btw) not allowed to have 3?

I thought it was common knowledge that

a) 3 children under 4 was hard work
b) Having a child with SN is hard work
c) add a and b together and it's really ahrd work.

Especially with their 'high flying' careers.
