Well it is a kind of miracle. I can't believe a 3 month premie could have done so well in a box. It's a good news story, too.

For anyone that doesn't want to read the article , it is in Argentina and not in the UK .

Yes I thought that, surely if they wanted to view the body it would be easy to access, not have to force it open

smokinaces · 11/04/2012 19:59

Oh My god. Shock

AnxiousPanxious · 11/04/2012 20:06

Is there any way the topic title could be changed? This is an incredibly upsetting story for some. Sad

SparkyMcSparrow · 11/04/2012 20:08

Anxious Surely the title is best like that so no one clicks on it thinking its something else!

dearprudence · 11/04/2012 20:09

I saw the story earlier but avoided reading it because I know I would find it too traumatic. Not sure about the thread title, but it's definitely an upsetting story Sad

solidgoldbrass · 12/04/2012 02:55

Well I've had a look on Snopes as it sounds like a complete load of bollocks to me, but so far it's not shown up.

faintpinkline · 12/04/2012 10:11

Sorry i can't read this, too close to home

coffeepot · 12/04/2012 11:22

This story is on the BBC website now with video of interviews with the parents and of the hospital who are said to be investigating - apparently they named her Luz Milagros - which means miracles. It does come across as a good news story.

FondleWithCare · 12/04/2012 14:45

Wow. Thank God they went back to look at her.

KateShmate · 12/04/2012 14:51

Horrendous, but amazing that they went back to check.

Seems a bit dodgy on the hospitals part - sedating the mother, and not even being allowed to see the baby...
