I read some stuff before that he was battling for custody but it appears he has shared custody but he's still ranting now.

The third para really gets me in terms of his tone.

He then says he lives in harmony with ex who lives near. Really? After this rant. Jeez.

I only skimmed over it, but it doesn't seem that unreasonable to me. Family law is woefully behind the times, unable to deal with changing conceptions of families and the roles people hold in them. I also think it is sensible to suggest more mediation than confrontation.
