I can imagine it is hard enough to get going as an independent designer but when a huge company rips you off it must be a nightmare.

I can't believe how blatant the copies are, Claire's must think they are untouchable. I hope Tatty Devine sue the pants off them.

That is just taking the piss big time. Looks like Claires will be getting a call from the lawyers ASAP....what a bunch of losers ...

I'm a designer on etsy and you see this a lot, big name shops ripping off smaller designers. Here's similar outrageousness from Paperchase:
