Northwick Park Hospital banned from teaching midwives

I heard on the radio that the above has been banned from teaching midwives.

Apparently 10 women have died during childbirth in the last 3 years

Has anyone else seen an article on this or heard about it?

wow looks like i made the right choice then ....when expecting ds given chioce of royal free or northwick i choose RF.

Though that was 2 years ago and the RF was way over booked then and i have heard its only got worse cos northwicks rep is so bad

I think cori is right - the maternity dept is awful but the other departments arent too bad

I know this to be true. Heard it last year.
