Kateandthegirls was a poster on MN who lost her DH in the WTC on 9/11. She found mumsnet and friendship in the aftermath of that dreadful event. IIRC it was her DD2's birthday today, also.
She left mumsnet in pursuit of RL, after she and an old friend of her husband became an item.
I hooe that life is being kind to her and the girls, she is so often in my thoughts but especially so today.
