If you click on the link in OP it just reports the increase, it doesnt report absolute figure though Im afraid.

However, if you scroll through the sites newfeed at only 18.06 (today) the increase was 6000%

Less than two hours later this had lept up from 6000% to the whopping 50000% which I think anyone can agree on is an alarming rate

Hmm Im sorry but if you look at amazon rankings too they are very high in space of 24 hours which confirms a massive rise in sales.
