I follow Phoenix Chief Advocates on FB and they have released a statement re: the above.

Phoenix was set up by Shy Keenan and Sarah Payne to support survivors of abuse.

It is utterly shocking. I really don't know what to say about this, it just makes me feel sick.

Rebekah Brooks has just released a statement saying such a thing is 'unthinkable'.

I thunk it and I guess the officers on Operation Weeting did too. But you keep on pushing the same old line Becky.

She is an unspeakably foul woman. How awful to allow Sara Payne to go ahead and write that column knowing full well she was a victim too .

Truly, a new low.

I was just listening to radio 4 talking about this. Apparently it is believed that the notwithstanding gave her the phone which is thought to have been hacked. It is alleged the phone was given by Brooks herself.

Notw I mean. Bloody predictive text.
