She caused the collapse of a £6m trial. The girl she contacted got 2 months suspended, she got 8 months inside. She has children (but I don't know how old) so I'm not sure this is the right result but I agree she deserved a proper punishment, so don't know what else she could have got. Some people are really bloody stooopid aren't they.

I spent my whole 2 weeks of jury service knitting squares for a Romanian orphanage. And my knitting was rejected!!

She is a very stupid woman imo. And what a waste of 6 million pounds, plus all the hard work put in by the police, CPS etc.

The scary thing is she's got 3 DCs and 3 SDCs - what kind of example is she setting them? I would have given her more than 8 months AND the bill!
